Job Description Job Responsibilities:

1. General Administration Work
2. Handle telephone calls and giving appointments
3. Arrange meetings & maintaining reminder schedules for appointments
4. Manage travel booking & hotel bookings
5. Correspond with company's suppliers and clients
6. Send e-mails/ Screen emails/ reply to emails
7. Maintain personal / official files & folders systematically
8. Coordinate with the other departments as & when necessary
9. Research & compile paperwork for company's product items
10. Compile required legal & admin documents
11. Collect & sort invoices and other documents and send to the accountant
12. Assist in all executive matters for better decisions
13. Take responsibility for all the ad-hoc work assigned by the Managing Director.
14. Lookafter the recruitents as well, as and when required.

Desired Candidate Profile:
1. Female Candidate preferred.
2. Schooling preferrably from English medium.
3. She should have knowledge of basic computer, Internet surfing
4. She should be presentable and possess excellent communication skills.
5. Should be smart, intellectual and go-getter.
Salary offered upto 25000 Rs./month
