Job Description

  • Build a robust pipeline of leads (doctors) via various sources/referrals and market position by
    locating developing and closing business relationships.
  • Tracks its teams individual contributors and their accomplishments. Becomes an example of
    an outstanding team lead who evaluates options and resolves internal priorities.
  • Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements: developing and negotiating
    contracts and integrating contract requirements with business operations.
  • Pitch Carelan&rsquo s value proposition and services to showcase doctors how Carelan can
    transform their day-to-day surgical practice
  • Build monthly sales pipeline by visiting doctors in your assigned territory. Take rigorous &
    structured follow ups with clients to ensure deal closures.
  • Maintain positive business relationships to ensure future sales and enhances organizations
    reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests.
  • Work on finding new avenues for lead generation screen potential business deals by
    analyzing market strategies deal requirements and financial.
  • Involves 75% traveling (on ground sales) going to visit different surgeons in different areas
    of Delhi NCR to propose the idea of Carelan. 

Skills ans Requirements

  • Closing and prospecting skills
  • Hunter instinct to chase down monthly expectations and targets
  • Hustle & getting things done attitude is a must
  • Strong customer focus is very important
  • Good communication & time management skills
  • Basic phone & email etiquette to address client queries & resolutions
  • Want to build a career in healthcare business development & marketing
  • Healthcare background is a plus.

 

Education/Experience

  • Business Administration graduate or post-graduate
  • 1-5 years of Business Development or sales experience
  • Experience in healthcare industry
