Job Description

The CTO of solar and wind industry will be responsible for leading the technical aspects of the projects overseeing the design construction and operation of renewable energy projects. They will be responsible for developing and implementing technical strategies managing engineering teams and ensuring compliance with all relevant standards and regulations. The CTO will also be responsible for staying up-to-date on the latest technology trends and innovations in the projects

Principal Accountabilities (Role & responsibilities)

Develop and implement technical strategies that support the company s goals for the projects.

Oversee the design construction and operation of the projects ensuring that they meet all relevant standards and regulations.

Manage a team of engineers providing guidance and support to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Stay up-to-date on the latest technology trends and innovations.

Manage research and development efforts to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the projects.

Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers contractors and others.

Work closely with other departments including finance and business development to ensure that projects are aligned with the company s overall strategy.

Monitor and report on project progress identifying and addressing any issues or risks that may arise.

Ensure compliance with all relevant laws regulations and industry standards.

Identify and implement measures to improve project efficiency and reduce costs.
