Senior HR Manager

Job Description

Recruitment: Lead a strategic talent acquisition and retention process.
Employee engagement: Promote a one-team mindset. Build and nurture a culture that
fosters collaboration across the entire organization including across functions and
Employee relations: Work closely with the Director HR in problem resolution or
performance counseling with employee issues. In conjunction with management conduct
thorough and objective mediation.
Advisory role: Work closely with the Director HR in implementing HR best practices and
processes for employees and help managers effectively manage the professional growth
of their team members. Provide guidance on delivering and receiving feedback addressing
employee relations issues and succession planning.
Performance management: Develop and facilitate a performance management program
that aligns with the organization s strategic objectives and mission. Collaborate with the
leaders on annual growth and development processes.
Employee growth: Formulating and spearheading the implementation of learning and
development programs across all departments of the company. Building a comprehensive
talent management program that includes career development and succession planning.
Benefits and compensation: Develop a comprehensive benefits plan that is cost-effective
and also meets the needs of employees regularly benchmarking against industry trends
and employee feedback. Ensure that our compensation packages remain competitive and
are structured in an efficient manner.
HR Automation: Contribute to the journey of simplification innovation & automation
within HR systems and related HR operations processes. Apply design thinking and other
optimization frameworks to deliver smarter digital processes centered around employee
experience & efficiency creation within HR systems and wider HR operations.


● Master s degree in HR with 10+ years experience leading a team in a fast-paced
environment with at least 5+ years of experience leading a people function within a
values-based and outcomes-focused environment
● Familiarity with HR best practices and defining policies from scratch
● Prior experience with payroll benefits retirement plans and regulations related to
employee compensation and benefits
● Passion for finding talent building teams building relationships and tackling
people-related issues in a collaborative manner
● Proven ability to develop leaders and manage teams
● Action-oriented flexible approach and entrepreneurial problem-solver with an ability to
manage multiple competing deadlines dynamically reprioritize as evolving program needs
and resources required embrace and structure ambiguity and drive tasks to completion in
a fast-paced environment
● Excellent written and oral communication skills and demonstrated ability to communicate
clearly with diverse audiences

● This position reports directly to the Director of HR

Education from a top college
Work experience in a top quality large & mature company
Work experience in a startup company managing end to end HR processes
Very high career ambition (and willingness to work for that)
10-15 years& rsquo experience maximum
