Job Description

. Arrange monthly Requirement, provide planning by Planning to meet material & sales operations.
. Looking after timely delivery of input material to avoid production loss at any given time.
. Coordinating with stores/Quality/Production for any delay/quality correction in material.
. Maintain proactive communication with Vendors & providing them RSF to plan their inputs Raw Material       to maintain regular supply of our input raw material.
. Follow up with vendors & transports for prompt and appropriate deliveries. Raw material reconciliation        and information to management for any variance in consumption.
. Identify the major opportunities to improve the performances, initiate corrective actions and give support    and expertise to make cost reduction & inventory control.
. Manage, motivate, hire, train and continually develop the Supply chain team.
. Regular vendor revaluation for timely delivery/quality improvement/ inventory control.
. Vendor Development/Vendor Rating, Vendor quality, Inquiring vendors, Quality/Delivery rating.
