Job Description

Responsibilities include:
Act as a liaison between the product owner and the technical team to provide effective
technical solutions for the requirements raised by the product owner
Develop comprehensive project plans that merge customer requirements with company
goals and coordinate with various managers and technical personnel during all project
phases from initial development through implementation
Execute the project in Agile methodology and deliver the requirements with proper sprint
and release planning
Should be able to prioritize and perform tasks effectively.
  project progress continuously and make detailed scheduled reports on measurable
items such as milestones and deliverables.
Validate the project implementation against requirements and technical
specifications/architecture.
  Knowledge of various project management tools like Jira.
Communicate proactively with all involved personnel to provide encouragement identify
problems create solutions and implement efficiency improvements.
Review proposed modifications on project plans including meeting with interested parties
to approve and implement beneficial changes.
Anticipate details of future projects by communicating directly with customers and staying
informed of relevant trends and industry news.
Keep the technical and functional documentation d as the system revolves around
changes in functionality.
Manages the scope change process: identifies and anticipates risks and issues facilitates
resolution mitigation and appropriate escalation.
Communication - Is transparent in communication with intent to inspire trust and provide
the positives and negatives of both individuals and teams action
Reporting to CTO on project deliveries

Primary Skills :
Should have minimum 5+ years of coding experience in various PHP frameworks.
Minimum 5 years experience in PHP Angular/React/VueJs HTML Symphony CSS
MySQL AWS
Should have excellent Written and Oral communication skill.
Should have exposure to Front end technologies like Angular/React/Vue etc
Understanding the fully synchronous behavior of PHP design patterns.
Should have strong knowledge of writing reusable components.
Should have strong expertise of various PHP web frameworks such as Laravel Symphony
Twig etc.
Good understanding of front-end technologies such as VueJs HTML5 and CSS3.
Should have strong knowledge in various databases like MYSQL/ Postgres / Oracle /
MongoDB databases and their declarative query languages.
Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as Bitbucket.
Strong Understanding on AWS services like Lambda API gateway etc.
Able to solve complex performance and architectural challenges.
Should have worked as Technical Lead.
Good to have experience working in Agile
Optimizing performance and contribute to architectural recommendations

Secondary Skills :
Hands-on experience working with caching technologies such as Redis Memcached etc
Clear understanding of different software architectures software engineering principles and
patterns (eg microservices serverless distributed systems) with non-functional and security
considerations are not an afterthought.
Awareness of security considerations and security tools used to integrate with the build
pipeline covering the OWASP top 10
