* Should have 0 to 2 years of experience in International IT Business Development. * Lead generation, cold calling, follow up, negotiation and consultative discussions with clients to finalize the closure. * Should have good knowledge of freelance websites like Elance, guru,freelance.com * Analysis of the market and requirement gathering. * Exploration of all Outbound mediums to close the business deal. * Self-motivated and able to work independently. * Emailing & Calling to Prospects. * Act as liaison between the client and the delivery team. * A good communication skill in English is a must.
