Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company's customer base and ensure its strong presence." * Experience: 3-5 years * Roles & Responsibilities: - Managing, training and motivating an existing sales team to drive revenue growth. - Develop and manage efficient distribution networks for sales. - Develop efficient and creative sales and marketing strategies for the assigned territory and target setting for the sales team. - Collecting customer and market feedback and reporting the same to the organization. - Monitoring sales performance, analyzing sales data, periodical forecasting and reporting to zonal heads. - A candidate would be preferred, if he is having experience of sales & marketing in safety shoes. * Key skills : - Good communication skills. - Must be willing to travel. - Problem-solving skills. - Strong interpersonal skills. - Ability to meet targets. * Location: Jharkhand, Orissa
