We are looking for an experienced Import & Export Consultant/ Manager who needs to plan and coordinate the international shipment of goods. During the course of the day, they need to negotiate with a variety of people, such as shippers, agents, and vendors and are expected to have excellent customer service skills in dealing with customers. He should be responsible for personnel management, which often includes the hiring, training and supervision of staff. * Experience: 10 – 15 years * Qualification: Any Graduation or Post graduation * Roles & Responsibilities: - To ensure that shipments are in compliance with the laws and regulations governing the export industry. - To keep a check on accounting function, export managers may keep track of invoices and prepare reports to expedite the billing process.  - Excellent customer service skills and knowledge of export laws and regulations. - Consultation of the clients regarding insurances, duties, and taxes. - Monitoring of the shipments to ensure the compliance of regulations. - Maintenance of customer relations and participation in the organization's sales activities. - Assessment of new marketing and sales opportunities as well as a presentation of those estimations to the respective managements. - Ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of imports and exports. * Key skills: - Excellent communication skills. - Analytical and problem solving skills. - Motivated and self-driven. - At best, practical experience in a similar position.  - Good understanding of sales and marketing strategies. - Well-developed communicational skills and customer orientation.  - Knowledge of budget management, international trade, and taxations.
