Job Description

Responsibilities: • Liaising with builders, contractors, government officials for large scale projects • Developing efficient and intuitive marketing strategies for PROJECTS in Rajasthan • Generating sales and meeting monthly targets • Conducting research and analyzing data to identify and define audiences • Devising and presenting ideas and strategies • Executing promotional activities • Compiling and sharing financial and statistical information of the market • Organizing events and product exhibitions • Maintaining databases of end consumers, builders, contractors, government officials/departments, architects etc. • Reporting to the management • Monitoring market trends and performance • Managing campaigns offline and online through social media along with the branding department • Managing customer relationships • Ensuring timely payments Requirements • Minimum 5 years of marketing/sales experience in PROJECT WORK in Rajasthan • Bachelors/Masters in Marketing • Excellent negotiation skills • Proactive learner and go-getter • Good teamwork, communication, organizational and planning skills • Strong networking ability • Adaptable, flexible & active • Fieldwork know-how • Attentive to details • System & data-driven • In-depth market knowledge • Advance excel is preferred • PVC/WPC industry experience would be a bonus
