Roles & Responsibilities: * To develop a detailed care plan towards achieving the desired goals. * Goal setting To set physiotherapists and patients mutually agreed goals. * To follow Physiotherapeutic treatment regimen and standard practices by objectively measuring outcomes. * To regularly discuss the cases with the Clinical Evaluation Team for better results. * To educate the patient & their family to promote health & prevent disability. * To discharge patients based on the outcomes achieved. Education: Bachelor in Physiotherapy Experience: Minimum 2 Years of Experience
