Job Description

Responsibilities: • Responsible for site support for Operation & maintenance. • Monitoring service issue and timely escalation of the same • Failure analysis with identification of root cause of problem & suggestion for improvement • Data compilation & record keeping and updating the same to Head Office Team • Monitoring and execution of field campaigns, trails & modification as per instruction form Head Office. • To build strong relationship with the customer and be able to demonstrate how their offerings are better than those of their competitors. • Monitoring of customer satisfaction and development of improvement strategies. • He needs to deal with multiple types of clients and also look into various aspects like operations, branding, fierce competition, customer feedback etc. • Collecting customer and market feedback and reporting the same to the organization. • Periodical forecasting and reporting to zonal heads. • Should have good knowledge of Hydraulic hose assemblies & couplings. Key skills : • Ready to travel atleast 20 to 22 days in a month. • After Sales Service. • Good command over local language. • Calm and composed under pressure. • Problem solving skills. • Strong interpersonal skills. • Ability to meet targets. • Failure analysis. Qualification: Any Graduation and Post Graduation (Preference to B. Tech) Experience: 3 – 6 Years
