Job Description

Responsibilities: - Creation of detailed itineraries and continual updates in preparation and execution. - Customer Handling: Meeting the customers, understanding their requirements, planning & selling the trips as per their requirements & budget. - Customer Handling: Handling inquiries via call/mails/social media, responding to them within specified turn-around-time. - Bookings and reservations for all lodging, transportation and special programming for all trips. - Submitting budget pieces for creation of trips budgets. - Marketing the trips using all social-media channels/platforms on daily basis and getting conversions. - Ensure the overall success, expansion and quality of trips programming. - Growth Planning & Execution: Giving ideas & suggestion on how to improve & innovate on methods, marketing of business/brand & ensuring overall implementing & execution of the same. - Risk Management: Be on call with clients to address & assist on any trips related matters. - Branding Activities Assistance: Assist the team in planning & execution of any online/offline branding & marketing activities. - Ensuring that all pre-agreed monthly & yearly sales targets are achieved.
