Job Description

Roles & responsibilities: • Provide an exceptional experience to our customers across all touch points including calls, chats and emails Ensure all Company's reservations are executed seamlessly. • Taking care of Operational work including calendar management, mail management. • Coordinating with respective departments: Work with our vendor partners to troubleshoot issues related to reservations and customer feedback Collect & analyze customer feedback to help improve processes and business functions across the company Represent us to the Company community on various social platforms Collaborate with colleagues to improve internal reporting and track key performance metrics within the team. Female candidates are preferred. Experience: 6 months-3years, freshers are also welcome. Salary: 10-15K per month, according to the interview. Job location: Janak Puri, New Delhi.
