Job Description

Responsibilities: 1. Ensure a) efficient functioning of the plant at night b) housekeeping c) Production as per schedule d) Labour management e) Employee Performance and output management f) Disciplinary and grievance management 2. Support Production head in supervising the plant at night Requirements: a) Ex-military retired professional or management professional with shop-floor management experience in manufacturing unit b) Assertive and proactive c) Strong communication and organizational skills d) Strong people management skills e) Ability to deal with labour and other workers f) Physically active and mentally strong g) Language – comfortable in English, Hindi and Mewari/ local Udaipur Dialect
