Job Description

Responsibilities: * Maintaining statutory compliance, reports & returns * Develop and implement systems, policies and SOPs * Shop floor housekeeping, cleanliness and safety issues * Industrial relations issues * Grievance and discipline management * Enuring proper checks and controls * Labour acquisition and management * Facilitation of all government inspections and audits * Update and maintain various HR policies * Implement HR policies/rules as instructed by the management * Managing employee transport, welfare and safety * Managing labour force and floor staff in all respect * Monitor the work and progress of employees and help them achieve their targets. * Managing all Admin and Shop-floor related HR work Requirements * Minimum 3 years of HR experience, preferably SHOP-FLOOR experience in manufacturing unit * Bachelors/Masters in HR is preferred * Entrepreneurial * Good communication, organizational & coordination skills * Quick learner * System driven * Multitasking and flexible * Proactive & solution driven * Go-getter * Advance excel is preferred. Language – comfortable in English, Hindi and Mewari/ local Udaipur Dialect
