Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities * To help support the client live with their business operations * Client is into providing service apartments to guests willing to stay for short/long term * Guests book these properties online using Airbnb and other platforms * Job is to ensure the reservation process is smooth for the guests and helping them with information regarding the properties and amenities * Prior knowledge or experience using OTAs platforms (online travel agencies) would be a plus * Client uses mobile apps like Igloohome, August Home, Guesty CRM, TurnoverBnB and other dashboards to manage the reservations and other operations. * Training will be provided during the one-month probation period Graduate/Post Graduate with 6 months to 2 years of experience in working for USA/UK based clients. Even freshers with good communication would be considered as a suitable candidate for this job * Timings would be 6:30 pm to 3:30 am
