We are looking for a result oriented IT Manager with ample managerial experience in Hospitality industry equipped with an aptitude for technologies and skill sets to effectively manage IT setup in our Hotels Job Description The key responsibilities for the role include: ⨀Use of technology and service/ support opportunities to maximize business value delivered ⨀Management and set-up of IT infrastructure and implementation ⨀Ensuring planning/ review/ control of IT expenditure and align cost rationalization initiatives ⨀Effective management of IT calls and service requests towards seamless IT delivery ⨀Effective management of guest IT / Internet requirements and direct interaction as and when required ⨀Drive and maintain excellent guest satisfaction indices especially for hotel technologies/ operations ⨀Effectively ensuring IT compliances, IT policies & procedures, IT continuity and business continuity processes in accordance to the IT Policy and Governance framework ⨀Ensuring smooth functioning of support & operational systems through associated service and technology providers. ⨀Ensuring comprehensive coverage of IT equipment through time bound AMCs and monitoring & drive SLAs of core partners/providers ⨀Manage cross-functional links between supporting departments ⨀Effective user management ⨀Effective vendor management ⨀Application level support management ⨀Data network management ⨀Effective data backup/retention/restoration management ⨀Training of users for effective usage of IT systems ⨀Management of hotel FMS and 3rd party vendor teams for effective support to both internal and external customer ⨀Rendering well-coordinated assistance towards IT related initiatives and projects ⨀Development of mechanisms and processes for minimal / no systems downtime/disruption ⨀Timely and efficient management of IT related purchases, deliveries and implementations The Ideal Fit: ⨀B. Tech / MCA from a reputed institution ⨀Additional professional IT certifications will be preferred ⨀Minimum 10 - 15 years of IT experience in reputed Hospitality companies with proven knowledge of hotel operations and hospitality technologies.
