Exp: 1.5 to 3 years CTC: Max 2.5 to 3LPA TEP Communication skills: 3.8 out of 5 Notice Period: Someone who can join immediate or Max 15 to 30 days Education: Only graduates JD: Active Directory, Network Trouble shooting, VPN, Windows trouble shooting, Printer and Outlook trouble shooting Experience of Microsoft Windows 7 fault resolution. Should have exposure towards ITIL process SLA management This will be for Technical Voice process and call taking profile Excellent Communication Skills Should be flexible to work in 24/7 rotational shifts Experience troubleshooting Microsoft Office 2010 suite. Knowledge of basic desktop and laptop computer hardware and peripherals. Working knowledge of active directory, MS exchange and MS Lync
