Job Description 1. JOB DETAILS: Position Title: Executive Department: Training Division: Dunkin Donuts 2. JOB PURPOSE: To assist in implementing Training initiatives in the Store Operation by conducting in-store Training and tracking the Store Training Health through regular audits. Commitment to excellence and helping the organization to become Employer of Choice by constant training and development. 3. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: ⨀Description Performance Indicators Training Department Set up ⨀Conduct Induction Programme for new joiners. ⨀Responsible for tracking the OJT learning of all the new staff joining the Stores. ⨀The person will be responsible for developing the culture for Customer centricity and maintain high Customer Service Standards in the Store Operations. ⨀Will be supporting in Tracking the Store’s Customer Concerns and TAT. ⨀Will be responsible for Training MITs which include OJT, Classroom Training on BRMC & ARMC. ⨀The person will be responsible for developing the Floor Coaches in the Region and drive in-store Training through them. ⨀Will be responsible for training the new store team and ensure fully trained staff during New Store Launch. ⨀The person will be responsible for Training of Store Staff on New Product, launching in the stores. ⨀The person will be responsible for Training of store Staff on various Promotions initiated by Marketing Department. ⨀The person will be responsible for Monthly Training Audit in the Stores. ⨀The person will be responsible for audit TTD Training records and check the effectiveness in the Stores. 4. COMMUNICATIONS & WORKING RELATIONSHIPS: Internal: ⨀Store Operations. ⨀Training department. 5. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS: ⨀Qualification – IHM/Graduate, courses in training certification etc will be advantages ⨀Experience – 2-3 years + experience in retail, FMCG, food service industry and similar organisations with large customer facing staff with training needs. Soft Skills: ⨀Good Communication Skills and presentation skills. ⨀Should exude confidence and be great with people skills. ⨀Disciplined.
