⨀Note: Communication skill should be good. ⨀Night shift will be on-demand basis and transport to provide between 12 AM to 6 AM only. Otherwise the same can be reimbursed. ⨀Notice Period: Immediate Joiners JD: 1. Provide Support for Reinstall and configure Outlook client in desktops/laptops and CRISIL approved mobility devices where required 2. Basic monitoring of Exchange Servers, MDM Servers, Mail Gateways. 3. Support Blackberry installation and configuration, 4. Assist users for mail send / receive related issues, 5. User Creation & Deletion activity for mail users, where required and maintain user inventory 6. Patching Mail Servers 7. Check and Update AV and SPAM Definitions up to Date wherer ever intervention required. 8. Performance Monitoring of all the Services. 9. Installation, configuration and troubleshooting of Outlook, 10. Addition / deletion / modification of mailboxes, distribution & contacts, 11. Configuration and management of delegation rights, 12. Configuration / Management of connectors, 13. Manage message queues, 14. Configuration / Management of calendaring and scheduling, 15. Manage Global Address List and recipients, 16. Configuration of Outlook Web Access, 17. Scan for the servers on regular intervals for threats, 18. Addition, deletion of users on preconfigured console for availing Exchange services on Blackberry and other Pushmail service, 19. L1 Support for email archival solution using preconfigured Symantec Enterprise Vault console, 20. Provide support for mobile services like Blackberry, Activesync etc. 21. Provide support for PDAs / Handhelds by coordinating with respective vendors, 22. In case of hardware related incidents, calls will be logged with respective product vendors or suppliers. These calls will be excluded during Service Level measurement. Skill Set: 1. 2-3yrs experience with Windows server 2003 2008 including Active Directory exchange 2010 environment. 2. Must have experience with server hardware from a variety of vendors 3. Should be Microsoft Certified Engineer 4. Basic Knowledge of archival solutions like SMG, Microsoft TMG Server , MDM for mail like Good, MS Active Sync is required
