⨀Note: Communication skill should be good. ⨀Night shift will be on-demand basis and transport to provide between 12 AM to 6 AM only. Otherwise the same can be reimbursed. ⨀Notice Period: Immediate Joiners. JD: 1. Install and configure MS Exchange Mail server,- twice 2. Support Active-sync in handhelds by configuring the client, 3. Restore mail server in the event of a crash, 4. Creating email Ids, distribution / mailing lists, 5. Install patches, updates and service packs, 6. E-mail Mobile Access – MDM Solution 7. Install, Maintain MDM Server 8. Version or technology Upgrade via Project Change Control Procedure 9. Backup as per CRISIL Policy and Restore as and when required 10. Install, Manage and Monitor of TMG server 11. Provision / Revoke Users with Secure Outlook Anywhere, ActiveSync and Direct Web Mail Access and Direct outlook anywhere access 12. Install, Configure and Maintain Symantec BrightMail Gateway 13. Install, Configure and Maintain Symantec Enterprise Vault with respect to E-mail Archiving 14. Directory and Replication Management, 15. Installation, monitoring and administration of Spam & Content Filtering solution implemented by CRISIL, 16. Configuring and management of Symantec Brightmail appliance, 17. Perform database consistency check on monthly basis, 18. Backup and restore of Exchange servers. 19. Perform DR and BCP Testing as per Schedule. 20. Unresolved calls by L1 need to be taken care and escalated to further levels wherever required as per the agreed SLA 21. Monitoring and performance tuning of Exchange servers Skill Set: 1. 4-6 Years experience in Exchange 2010 & Active Directory Troubleshooting & Management 2. Working knowledge on Microsoft Exchange 2010, HA databases, in built replication is a must 3. Good troubleshooting skills on Exchange server 2010 and above 4. Certifications (MCSE on Microsoft Exchange) is mandatory 5. Additional Microsoft Infrastructure Experience (Sharepoint, Instant messaging, Blackberry) 6. Experience of Replication, Disaster Recover with Exchange 2010 is required. 7. Working Knowledge of archival solutions like SMG, Microsoft TMG Server , MDM for mail like Good, MS Active Sync is required
