Position Title: Senior Executive (Accounts Payable) Department: Finance & Accounts Division: Transaction Team JOB PURPOSE: Verification and Accounting of the vendor invoices KEY ACCOUNTABILITY: ⨀ Review and validate all the Invoices from Agreements & Rate Contracts. ⨀ Accounting and payment of the vendor invoices in SAP. ⨀ Knowledge of TDS, WCT, GST & State VAT law and prospective GST. ⨀ Process and validate all the Invoices from JFL SOPs. ⨀ Compliances of JFL Policies. ⨀ Responsible for restaurant, regional and employees invoice “Booking” in SAP. ⨀ To Chase with the internal and external customers for submission of invoices within time. ⨀ Liaise with Internal & External customers. ⨀ To be instrumental in implementing various new initiatives. ⨀ To bring in the best practices in Accounts Payable function. ⨀ To get the MIS Reporting for assigned areas. ⨀ To ensure implementation of Internal Controls and Audits. ⨀ Review and preparation of Schedule and Excel Master for better controls and checks. JOB CONTEXT: ⨀ Ensure timely and accurate booking of Invoices with all statutory compliance. ⨀ Coordination with internal and external departments. COMMUNICATIONS & WORKING RELATIONSHIPS: Internal: ⨀ All Departments ⨀ Junior and Middle level Management External: ⨀ Business Partners ⨀ Service Providing Agencies QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS: ⨀ Qualification - B.Com+ MBA ⨀ Experience - 2-4 years’ experience in the Industry ⨀ Accounting as per Indian GAAP ⨀ Knowledge of TDS, VAT,WCT and Service Tax – (GST) ⨀ Experience of SAP or other ERP ⨀ Hands-on experience with Spreadsheets, PPT and Drafting ⨀ Customer service orientation.
