Job Description

Application security testing: 1) Create detailed security scan report for each scan performed 2) Detailed technical vulnerability findings found by Acunetix web application scanner, IBM app scan or any other tools 3) Assignment of risk rating for each vulnerability 4) Detailed technical remediation steps provided by the tool Vulnerability and Patch management: 1) Detailed risk assessment of pertinent vulnerabilities 2) Result collation and analysis 3) Submission of reports with vulnerability mitigation steps 4) Institutionalization of the patch management process SOC: 1) SIEM monitoring, threat hunting, threat monitoring, and security incident management process. 2) Will be the first level of internal escalation, who handles issues escalated by Level 1 support team. 3) Investigate and diagnose incidents with proper Root Cause Analysis. 4) Fine-tune of false-positive alerts. 5) Update false-positive knowledge database 6) Implement approved change requests 7) Administration of SIEM 8) Integration of new devices with SIEM 9) Creating monitoring trends, baselines. · Identify and communicate current and emerging security threats · Identify any security gaps in the existing environment (if any) Experience: 9 - 15 years
