Customer Care Associate / Telecalling Executive (Female)

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities: 1. Making Welcome/service calls. 2. Excellent customer service skills including questioning, probing, listening, establishing rapport and closing. 3. Identifying client requirement and updating the same in adherence to the prescribed processes. 4. A genuine passion for speaking to customers, answering queries and a clear communicator. 5. Handling inbound queries from clients, answering preliminary queries and connecting them to the right coordinates based on clients requirements. 6. Updating online and social media platforms with content and data as directed. 7. Collecting data and content from various online platforms. 8. Passionate about being the best and want to achieve targets with strong team working ability. Requirements: 1. Candidate must be female. 2. Must be fluent in English. 3. Graduation must be completed Experience:- Minimum 0-2 Years
