Engineer EUS (Endoscopic ultrasound) Job Description: 1. Hardware & Software Management a. Issue gathering from customers b. Reporting & follow up with vendors/ISP/carrier for queue reduction. c. L1 troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network systems issues & take judgment for appropriate escalation. d. Report Generation to track assets, backup activities, software & hardware installations. Shift handover report for existing tickets. e. Install & configure OS, Outlook based on SOP and fix physical connectivity issues of LAN & peripherals. 2. Endpoint Security: Updation of antivirus & monitoring anti-virus patches. 3. Client Applications: Support installation of different types of client applications. Technical Skills: a. Network Components, Devices (A) b. MS Exchange Server (A) c. Storage & Backup Administration (A) d. Endpoint Security (A) Behavioral Skills: a. Email Communication, Presentation, Public Speaking(A) b. Interpersonal Skills (A) c. Customer Service Orientation, Business Appreciation (A) - Relevant / Tech Support = 1-2 Yrs Very Good - Oral & Written communication (Candidate experience in VIP support will be preferred) Experience in PC, laptop and Printer troubleshooting. - Good experience in OS (Win 7 apart from win 2K, XP, etc) troubleshooting - Experience in Blackberry , Android & I-OS mobile OS, Mail & Applications troubleshooting. - Experience in MS Outlook, MS Word, MS excel troubleshooting Should have exposure to basic network troubleshooting Understanding SLA & Ticket process - Incidents/service requests - Understanding of client management, user response (email/verbal) Understanding of Asset/inventory record process, movements, etc. - Understanding to coordinate with vendors/principles Knowledge of Patch management, SCCM Client, InfoSec / AV updates Good & smart and pleasant personality Flexible for timings, site, towards requirements Any service industry / any end-user company with user base 2000+.
