Adroit Technologies invited applications for below mentioned position Position:- Business Development Manager Job Description:- * Generate Business through Lead Generation, Bidding, Email Marketing, Social Media, and Cold Calling to potential clients in domestic and international markets. * Search for the opportunity by filtering bids through various resources online, apply daily bids and do regular follow up. * Make regular follow-ups and consultative discussions with clients to finalize the closure. * Ability to work within deadlines, enthusiastic, self-driven, flexible and should be able to handle multiple projects at a time. * Must be technically savvy (fair understanding of IT industry, typical services, client expectations, how deals are structured). * Strong negotiation skills, closing skills, diligent follow-up skills.
