Delta IT Solutions invited applications for below mentioned position Position:- US HR Operation Experience:- 3 to 5 years Responsibilities:- * Responsible for initiating and completing the on-boarding process as per the compliance norms of vTech, US State and Federal government and vTech’s clients. * Responsible for Analyzing and verifying of all the documents received from prospective employees and identifying the deficiencies if any. * Responsible to Create a positive employee experience. * Responsible for resolving billing issues including PO extensions. * Responsible to take care of audits-fixing errors as per the US compliance norms. Requirements:- • Excellent communication skills • Previous experience in US HR Onboarding, US HR Operations, or Customer Relationship is required • Understanding of IT Staffing industry is good to have Location:- Vadodara
