Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities: 1. To manage and finalize rates for all items in production from cutting to finishing based on SAM value. 2. In case of stitching - should be able to advise operator/contractor/ line manager the operation manually on machine himself. In short, should have the ability to stitch and prove his point. 3. Should have the technical know-how and ability to identify attachments and guide technicians to install those parts on his own. 4. Should be willing to challenge the status quo in established rates by way of increasing efficiency in operations. 5. Should have negotiation skills and the ability to make different factories and teams compete to reduce operational costs. 6. All operation bulletins to be finalized prior to PP submission in order to ensure all PPs sent are production-friendly. 7. Should have the ability to implement operation bulletins and bring the line to ideal output independently. 8. Summarized rate reporting to the director on a weekly basis. 9. Conduct budget meetings on a weekly basis to advise fresh targets. Requirements: 1. Must have experience of minimum 5-7 Years. 2. Candidate should be from the garment Industry. 3. Preferred male candidates only. 4. Must be fluent in English and Hindi 5. Analytical abilities and decision making skills 6. Proactively communicate & collaborate with internal teams to analyze information needs 7. Strong sense of personal responsibility & ownership 8. Ability to work under minimal supervision and be self-directed with the workload 9. Proficient in Advance Excel 10. Immediate Joining
