Responsibilities • Work with engineering teams across Google and SLS Qualitest teams to define and implement requirements and scope to drive and improve global-ready development practices • Find efficient workflows that deliver a truly global user experience without slowing down the engineering process • Ensure that language and local market requirements are understood and supported from a technical perspective Requirement- -IT / Technical degree -Relevant experience of at least 2-3 year in QA (SQL and coding background) -Native Speaker (speak, read & write) of BOTH Gujarati AND Hindi -Out of box thinking -Ability to think logically -Individual contributor -Self- learning abilities -Good communication in English & Hindi and Gujarati. Must have skills -Proficiency in English and Gujarati (Speak/Read/Write) -Strong Technical skills -Good with Data analytical skills -Provide natural native-language expertise for a wide range of topic areas and help to define software needs -Serve as expert “raters” for specific products, for engineers working on improving the software -Analyze data and further related analysis -Work with Search Engineers for advanced algorithm development -Diagnose and report results -UI and Product improvement -Help adjust the user interfaces to the local languages -Write configuration documents for explanations Experience: 2 - 4 Yrs
