KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: Responsible for identification of software quality requirements in business solutions, co-ordination with business users and development team for effective implementation of software quality Identifying automation requirements and scope in various JFL applications Strive to minimize QA turnaround time and minimize go-live time between development completed and production release Strive to maximize automation coverage to reduce QA time and early identification of bugs Design the automation framework, prepare the automation suite Mentoring and providing training to test engineers on automation QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS: -B. Tech. (Computer Science/ IT) / MCA -Relevant experience of minimum 4 years in QA -Strong experience in test automation. Hands-on experience in designing and implementing test automation frameworks -Strong knowledge of automation tools (Selenium, HP UFT). Strong Java programming/scripting skills. -Good knowledge of OOPS concepts Experience required: 4 - 5 yrs
