Labour Welfare Officer/Factory Administrator

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities: 1. To eliminate the issues of the jobber system in the recruitment of labour including contractual hiring. 2. To develop and improve labour administration in accordance with the factory policies. 3. To serve as a liaison with the Central/State Labour Commissioner. 4. To Look after Safety, health and welfare programs like housing, recreation, and sanitation services, as provided under the law for the time being in force 5.Speedy Redressal and appropriate disposal of workers’ grievances in consonance with factory management. 6. Interpret company policies correctly and make the same understood the workers in the language they understand. 7. To act as a bridge/coordinator with the factory management to design/implement policies appropriately and encourage the workers to work with productive efficiency. 8. To take care of all the required compliance in relation to the factory and various Labour laws. 9. Labour Welfare management in consonance with policy implementation, Look after various compliance related to Labour & Factory Laws, look after Health & Safety management, and other associated Statutory Compliance. Roles And Responsibilities: 1. The candidate must possess a degree/diploma of University duly recognized by the State of the government. 2. Candidate must have adequate knowledge of the Hindi, English & Punjabi. 3. Minimum 5-8 year working experience. 4. A male candidate is preferred.
