Responsibilities and Duties: -Accurately determine, assign, track and manage project task, activity, and timely information as per internal standards. -Use project management techniques and methodologies to lead the delivery of planned work. -Understand client needs and develop a plan for IT services and capabilities. -Defines resource requirements by the project (type, amount, and timing). -Delivers project scope (people, process and technology) on time and on budget. -Understanding of freelancing portals like PPH & Upwork & successfully execute schemed solutions. -Serve as a conduit between client & development teams. -Demonstrate strong analytical & project management. Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications -A good listener. -A good writer. -Good at analyzing and organizing information. -Either a leader or a follower as the situation requires. -Able to work independently or with a group of people as the situation requires. -Self-motivated and assertive, but with a pleasant personality. -Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. -Great communication skills, both written and verbal is a must. Skills: Min. 2 years of BA (Business Analyst) experience in web and mobile app development projects. Experience: 2 - 4 yrs
