Front Desk Manager

Job Description

Responsibilities 1. Work on guest management & guest engagement activities 2. Receive guests to the hostel by greeting them warmly, build good relationship and rapport with guests to make them feel comfortable and address any complaints/inquiries they might have in a very courteous manner 3. Inform the guests about the facilities we have at the hostel 4. Organize events and activities to keep them engaged 5. Follow check-in and check out a procedure for all guests including, C-forms for foreign guest 6. Update cash in and cash out the sheet 7. Check messages on a regular basis and reply to them 8. Arrange transportation for the guests, if required 9. Coordinate with property manager/head office for smooth daily operations 10. Ensure cleaning guy has properly cleaned all the rooms and dormitories including washrooms as per the hostel standard 11. Report maintenance issues and malfunctioning appliances to the manager for quick repair in order to ensure guest's comfort and satisfaction 12. Ensure the safety of the guests and no other than the guest should enter into the property without the permission 13. Enter all the food orders into the registers, also, ensure that they are being served in a reasonable time 14. Ensure nothing inappropriate should happen at the property which is not allowable legally Timings 9 to 10 Hrs shift * English is must * Hotel experience preferably or hotel degree * Can manage the Room Staff Boys, Kitchen Qt's, Ensuring Cleaning and proper keeping of rooms done by Room boys. In short good in Management of Whole management.
