Sales Officer

Job Description

Job Responsibility: Meeting and exceeding the Management-defined sales targets. Create a network on A/A+ outlets in your region. Products must have very high visibility for which a display budget will be provided. Assist ASM with Market Feedback in Devising new strategies, sales packages and promotional campaigns with the Head Office to enhance sales at all stores. Creating and maintaining necessary MIS for all stores to track sales performance. Staying informed and ahead of the competition and their upcoming schemes. Maintaining and ensuring attendance etiquette and discipline and overall law and order in the work place. Assisting the ASM in Sourcing and negotiating arrangements with external suppliers for products and services for all stores. Maintaining and growing such relationships over long term periods by ensuring excellent credit periods and timely payments to these suppliers. Maintaining an inventory of all goods, materials and supplies at all stores and ensuring their upkeep, safety and uninterrupted supply. Brainstorming & working on Developing new areas of sales focus and services within each facility and possible revenue generation centers. Bringing emergency problems and matters to the notice of the Management before they hit critical status. education & Background: The ideal candidate will be a post-graduate with 4 plus years of work experience. Personal Care/ Home Care/ Foods segment experience will be an added advantage.
