Luthra Group is hiring candidates for below-mentioned position Plant Head Experience:- 15 to 20 years Qualification:- B.Tech/B.E. in Any Specialization, Chemical, Diploma in Any Specialization, Graduation Not Required PG: M.Tech in Chemical, Any Specialization Job Description:- Handling and ensuring smooth operation activity at the unit level. Meet monthly and yearly production targets managing the approved budgets. Build a robust safety culture and ensure a safe workplace targeting zero accidents, zero incidents. Ensure effective preventive and breakdown maintenance to minimize the equipment downtime and production loss. Meeting the quality standards as per the defined criteria. Effective management and optimum utilization of resources e.g. HR, Machine, Energy, raw material, utility vehicle, etc. Design the work and system for running unit and operation activity smooth. Prepare and implement SOP. Implement and comply with IMS. Prepare quarterly analytical reports and MIS along with actionable recommendations for management review. Build, develop and retain team who can contribute to meeting organizational objectives. Ensure to fulfill all the compliance, Liaison with Govt. authorities, Pollution Control Board, Factory Inspector etc.
