Store Assistant

Job Description

Job Responsibility: 1) Check opening stocks as per report on daily basis especially moving items. 2) Inspect and verify all incoming materials according to P.R., quality, quantity and SOP. 3) To ensure proper tagging of identification slip and bin cards for each items. 4) Verify the bills, prepare GRN of all incoming materials and submit to accounts. 5) Ensure the implementation of inventory management system. 6) Analysis of non moving items & communicate time to time. 7) Prepare daily consumption and stock report consumables. 8) Prepare monthly &annually material consumption &requirement reports. 9) To maintain stores inventory level in view of monthly consumption. 10) Doing issues. 11) Train the subordinate/team. 12) Strong coordination with team and user departments. 13) Checking of both quality and quantity of furnace oil and diesel while receipt as per SOP. 14) Checking of lubricants while receipt as per SOP. Required Candidate profile:- Candidate should have minimum of 3 years of experience in stores function in the medium size (50 Core+ turn over) manufacturing company Should be conversant with ERP Education Must have a minimum graduation. Experience in Steel company would be added advantage Candidate should be ready to work in shift Should be ready to work/relocate at Santej, Ahmedabad
