Job Responsibilities-: Recruitment and onboarding of candidates from various sources of all level. Complete the onboarding and induction formalities of all joiners for smooth transition into their roles Manage the Employee Life Cycle Manage the Attendance, Leave Record Preparation of Salary Maintaining Monthly MIS Will be responsible for Employee Engagement Activities + Coordination in Training. Basics of Statutory Compliance should be clear. Skills Required: 1) Candidate must be proficient in MS Office 2) Candidate must possess good listening skills, confidence, multitasking ability, time management skill, and Team working. 3) Must hold good experience working on Job portals & professional networking sites like Naukri, linkedIn etc. 4) Excellent verbal & written communication skills Experience Required: 2 - 5 Years
