File Preparation Executive

Job Description

Job Responsibilities-: (1) Check incoming paperwork (correspondence KYCs, bank statements etc.) and match the same with the data available in the system. (2) Sort and arrange all documents according to content, order, significance etc. (3) Create or update records with new files and information. (4) Store all paperwork in designated places securing the important documents. (5) Enter paperwork into an electronic system either by data entry or by using optical scanners. (6) Deal with all requests to access files and keep logs of borrowed papers. (7) Develop an efficient filing system to make updating and retrieving files easier. (8) Follow policies and confidentiality dictations to safeguard data and information. (9) Monitor inventory of files, paper clips etc. and report shortages. Required Candidate profile:- (1) Proven experience as file preparation activity. (2) Knowledge of filing systems. (3) Very good knowledge of MS Office (especially MS Excel) and office equipment such as photocopier, scanner etc. (4) Good command of English both oral and written. (5) Dependable with a respect to confidentiality and policies. (6) Excellent organizational skills. (7) Great attention to detail. (8) Graduate or equivalent.
