Job Description

The position holder is expected to drive business growth individually by generating revenue, Expanding growth opportunities through new business & developing cordial long-lasting relationships with customers. Job Location: Indore (Cleanest City of India) Reporting: The position will be directly reporting to the CEO. Salary: Lucrative + Handsome Incentives (No bar for deserving candidates) Roles and Responsibilities: Prospecting and lead generation with new and potential clients primarily Real Estate Developers in European and GCC Countries Have targeted Gold Collar hierarchy within the company Maximizing sales revenue by up-selling & cross-selling. Experience Required: Must have experience in generating leads from multiple resources. Knowledge of using ZohoCRM is mandatory. Prior knowledge of closing deals of High Value Accounts in B2B space preferably in Service and IT Sectors Hands-on experience in ERP/CRM/corporate sales. Skills Required: Exceptional Communication skills - Written & Verbal. Excellent presentation skills. Outstanding Negotiation Skills. Strong listening, questioning and networking skills. Attitude & Behavior: Ability to work independently with big/emerging and established brands. High-level comfort in a fast-paced STARTUP environment. Self-oriented and highly motivated sales driven attitude. Ability to wear multiple hats- sales/service/retention.
