A bookkeeper takes basic duties such as verifying purchases and balancing receipts. Hospital accountant needs to know the following responsibilities in accounting: a) Preparing financial papers for internal and external vendors b) Perform account receivable duties c) Write monthly reports to determine whether the financial information generated is accurate d) Ensuring that all transactions performed by the hospital are done accurately and efficiently prepare financial statements on a monthly basis
