Job Description

Job Description:- Excellent communication skill. Candidate should have Good Interpersonal Skill Handling all HR related activities. Joining/Exit formality, on-boarding, induction etc Employee engagement and grievance handling. Handling attendance and leave management Managing documents and files. Sending and receiving documents for the company. Teamwork and collaboration skills. Candidate will be responsible for all the office admin work, receiving & making phone calls. Supporting other HR activities. HR Admin will have to manage papers, team integration etc. Good Experience in HR Process( Recruitment, Payroll, Performance Mgmt, Training) Expertise in Payroll processing required Strong knowledge in Statutory Compliance Experience Required: 1-7 years
