Manage Protection of information while in process, handling, storage & transit so as to safeguard privacy of data and reducing economic losses due to cyber-crime or data theft. Keep security policy up-to-date, eg. Password policy etc. Cyber-attack incident handling, analysts or manage procedures (FIR, Register Logs, Action) Sharing of logs with CERT-IN / NKN, in line with the policy. Study network and Design Network topology, and Suggest Solution/improvements for security as per current topology. Manage implementation of Network security. Management of routers and Switch Configuration, Hardening of network devices from security perspective. Management of Syslog, Network Flow Analyser (NFA) and Netflow Server for security perspective. Configuring all types of VPN tunnels in multi-vendor devices. Maintaining and administering perimeter security systems including Wi-fi etc. Configuration & troubleshooting various Tunnel methods like GRE/IPSEC/IP etc. Ensure SDC operations as per ITSM and ISMS policy. Troubleshooting on VPN, Policies, ACL etc. related to Network and Security Devices. Review and ensure implementation of procedures for maintaining and safeguarding cryptographic keys Design and ensure Network security consisting of the policies and practices adopted to prevent and monitor unauthorized access, whitelisting, misuse, modification, or denial of a computer network and network-accessible resources. Any exceptions must be recorded with reason and approval. Looking for vulnerabilities and risks in software (Software Version, default Configuration etc.) Security audit by CERT-IN / STQC done of the application in Production for all cases. Record should be maintained. Monitoring and keeping track of application security details and ensure compliance through random check. Logs analyses and ensure action taken on it. Analyze Policy as per Network Threat Report & any new threats.
