Job description:- To check the finish product like dimension, surface finish, Length, Roughness as per order. To maintain traceability according to grade mentioned in P.O. To handle of endurance/ regular lab testing machine. Visual & Dimensional Inspection of Round bars & Hollows. Visual & Dimensional inspection checks of finished Tubes & Pipes Hydro & Air under Water test of finished Tubes Pipe & U bend Tubes. Perform Rework operation of defective tubes / Pipes to meet the final product specification and standard requirements. Ensure the Calibration status of gauges and instruments. Can operate Ink-Jet Making Machine.
