Job Description

Job Profile: - Responsible for total recruitments. - Documentation, MIS Reports generation. - Participate actively in other generalist activities like employee engagement, induction, exit formalities, etc. Skills Required: - Should have minimum 6 months exp. in recruitment. - Should have good communication (Fluent in English, Hindi and Gujarati) & inter-personal skills. - Should have knowledge on various sources of recruitment like job portals, head-hunting, poaching, consultancies, etc. - Should be proactive, customer-focused and willing to go the extra mile to deliver an exceptional service. - Should be a Team player.
