Job Summary - Applicants from FMCG - Food and Oil Industry are preferred. Responsible for increasing Secondary Sales Establishing, maintaining and expanding, Wholesalers and Retailers. Establishes sales objectives by creating a sales plan and quota for districts in support of national objectives. Servicing the needs of your existing Wholesales and Retailer. Developing sales strategies and setting targets for the entire region allocated. Maintaining and submitting data in a timely manner as per the company norms. Increase spread of Wholesalers and Retailers. Achieving the Sales Target Appointed to you. Team Management: You will be responsible for employing efficient people to execute and procure the targeted sales. Recruit competent Sales Team & train them. Manage, develop, coach, control and motivate the sales force to develop their individual skills to ensure that a high professional standard is maintained and monthly sales targets are met. To train sales staff in your team. Setting sales targets for individuals sales personnel and your team as a whole. Reporting to management in a timely manner. Maintain and send all reports that are requested by management. Other Tasks - Excellent communication skills. Excellent presentation skills and intimate contacts with local business associations. Should have good networking capabilities and be willing to travel extensively throughout their specified region. Keeping up to date with products and competitors. Inform management and deal with problems that occur in the market. Developing sales strategies and setting targets.
