Job description:- - Handling of end-to-end Medical Information System (Including Medical inquiries, Product Complaints). - To document all calls with regard to inquiries using call tracking system. - Follow-up with reporters as per defined timelines to the initial call. -To provide end-to-end solutions for all medical-related queries(Identifying relevant literature related to query and responding the same). Required Candidate profile: - Willing to Work in Shifts. - Good Communication Skills.
