Job Description:- Overall In charge of Maintenance Engineering Services related- OSD or Injectable (include Granulation, Compression, Coating and Packaging Section). Maintenance-related jobs across the campus and related sections. Organize for validation of all equipment and its various accessories scheduling/planning, execution, report generation. Weekly preventive maintenance, scheduling, planning, execution personnel attendance, guidance, report generation. Manpower & material availability Planning & implementation. Internal department policy frame out, decision through authority & implementation. Engineering stores - purchase planning based on stock, receiving of materials, sometimes quality checking and approval, indenting procedure, procurement, authorization of individual indents, budgeting, local vendor development, price negotiation, finalization of vendor-specific parts/components. Authorization of GRNs, bills, labor job, follow up with the manufacturer, vendor and other departments. Development job related to day to day activities and to carry out modification/ alteration for higher productivity. For New equipment requirement In House discussion, Vendor selection. Freezing tech. specification, Inspection, receipt action for installation & clearance of equipment. New installation of equipment, reinstallation of old equipment and problem solving related to new equipment already installed at new site and the work left by other engineering. Authorization of new documents related to new requirements, as per new formats & as per cGMP requirement. On the job training to various field staff from time to time. Day to day discussion for Utility Section, action finalization & implementation. Responsible for analytical engineering team operation related to central QC, satellite QC, stability, ADL, PTC etc. Small in-house project and maintenance of civil infrastructure, estate maintenance, admin section etc. Responsible for additional work assigned by supervisor. Required Candidate profile:- Hands-on expertise on large scale Pharma Formulations Manufacturing Operations and production activities of injectables dosage forms in an environment of increasing regulatory complexity. Should have worked in Senior Management level heading operations & manufacturing in regulated plants having approvals of US FDA, MHRA.etc Experience Required: 15 - 20 Years
