Executive Assistant

Job Description

Responsibilities and Duties:- Making travel arrangements for executives. Performing office duties that include ordering supplies and managing a records database. Greeting visitors and deciding if they should be able to meet with executives. Using various software, including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and presentation software. Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners. Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner. Conserves executive’s time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information; and initiating telecommunications. Maintains executive’s appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel. Welcomes guests and customers by greeting them, in person or on the telephone, and answering or directing inquiries. Prepares reports by collecting and analyzing information. Qualification required: B.Com Graduate in English medium Experience Required: 2+ years experience
