Responsibilities: Order processing Handling queries of the Customer Service team Deal with courier companies for shipping queries & claims Handling of chargeback and payment disputes Prepare various reports Manage orders and associated queries Required Candidate profile:- Any experience/Fresher Basic knowledge of MS Office Good Communication & Problem Solving Good knowledge of internet and e-commerce sites Willingness to work in late shift Very good written and spoken English language skills
